This is a turn-based RPG with three languages: Chinese, English and Korean, global version of Korean game: 2079 Gate Six. Attractive J-anime art style and 3D modeling battles, awesome skills cut-in and cyber style background music show this game is in quality. The core gameplay of the game is divided into regional exploration and turn-based battle with combat link. There is also PVP mode in this game, but you need to clear 3-5 in story first.
Area exploration is in a way of playing on ches***oard that moves to different locations triggers different events, includes enemy encounter, items, recovery or others. For the player, it is important to choose the right strategy to reach the destination.
The battle part where your team uses skills and links, but is almost the same as the regular turn-based game, so I won't go into details here. The skills cut-in are great.
For the first few stages, levels push very easy. At the same time, players can draw a 4 stars charactes when complete tutorials infinitely until you choose what you prefer. If the game has more ways of getting diamond will be great because summon 10 units is so expensive.
hurayy another turnbase & gacha game (here we go again!!) and some platform aspect with combination of cyber punk & anime stylist 👌.
the gameplay is .. i think like a combination of platform-turnbase . when we enter a stage theres a map similar like " molecular " or "DNA structure" stuff hahaha 😅 so we will take a route to reach destination while theres enemies / trap / chasers lies in those path. and when the battle begin it's become a turnbase ,again.. the position of characters also similar like that molecular with 2 line of formation : front and back that linked each others. beside of that theres a lot in game materials dungeon stages and the PvP is LIVE ,realtime action .. you will spend alot of time facing other players in here due its mechanic (can switch the character with sub/alt unit) . next the story , its light (not very deep storyline) yet good enough for me as if you are reading a webtoon / manhwa 🤔 or probably its just me that rarely playing a cyberpunk game but i found lot people saying its good too .
now lets talk about gacha in here and some the relations with their units ..
this game is grindy & slow .. i could say its hellish grind cus the rewards from stages / chapters is few , from my rough calculation probably (cmiiw) u could pull like 2-3 x 10units per month with <2 % four star rarity (atm the highest base units) so if you are f2p and like to collect the whole units this is a BAD NEWS 🤣 BUT in other side the stats between *3 and *4 is same , the difference of whole units their skills and synergy with other unit so theres best units in *4 pool and theres an useable (pretty good one) *3units .. now the bigger problem is the material / lets say fodder . if you clueless bout fodder then i hope you ever playing 7knights (or similar like it) its very essential to awakening/overclock , so basically the more units you got in gacha the faster you can overclock your units but like i said the currency grind is slow . in the end i would recommend you to either fully whaling the game or stay free to play and enjoy the content as much as possible due its monthly package is not that cheap and kinda provide fewer benefits/goodies compared to other games ("monthly") 😌
so its 3.8/5 for me 😁
The battles can be completely automated. If that sounds like every other game you've played, then you have already accepted the obvious flaw. The translation is a bit rough, but do not confuse this with a failed Korean game that is trying to recover. Quite the opposite, FLERO is notorious for porting their games to a global audience.
The graphics are above average, but the effects are leveraged in a way that allows the lower quality to act as optimization without much visual loss. On top of that, you are granted an initial draw that consists of strictly high rarity characters and the option to cycle through until you get the one you want. Make this decision carefully, though, as some of these characters are strictly there for appearance.
If you only like one thing, it will be the music. Regardless how generic some aspects may seem, I keep playing for the soundtrack. After all, most games are the same anyway.
Update: After playing further into the game, I have noticed some less-than-savory methods to promote investment. Negative buffs are awarded when failing a level and require 10 minutes or 5 diamonds to remove. 10 minutes ins't so bad if it removed all of them, but you can only remove one at a time initially. This means you have an hour of removing statuses for a fair shot at trying again. It costs 900 diamonds to roll 10 characters, while a mission can be rather long and only awards 5. On top of that, you require energy to enter levels, progress through the levels, and complete some level events. This means a single level can break double or even triple digit energy costs.
