Does who tried to play this game, Please note. The Developer closed the development of this game last February as it announced officially. To all the people asking why they can't open the game: The game is already dead. The developer doesn't have enough money to continue the game. The game is offline for almost 2years now.

to all people having problems, the game was Shut Down due to running out of money. The game is not available right now but let's wait cause it's said to make a Single Player mode so the Creator won't have to spend that much money. But it's not that Sure if they will make Singleplayer Mode.
