This was the first new Castlevania in years. It was pretty easy to play and had lots of different characters. Sadly the service came to an end and it was removed it sucks they always take away the best games

This is a great way to play Grimoire of Souls, but right now, there's a problem, and it's mainly KONAMI's fault. (Mainly because they won't port the game over to U.S). I've been playing the game since September thanks to Tap. but, I can't play it right now because I can't update the game. So, if there was a way to update it, or if the newest version could be added so it can be reinstalled, I think that would be a good idea. (Because let's be honest, KONAMI doesn't like giving release dates for some reason)

Here's a review in English for ya. While I do like certain aspects of this game, it's a complete butchery of Castlevania. 1. Characters: For now you have Alucard, Simon, Maria, Charlotte and Shanoa, with Soma and Jonathan to come (judging by the game's banner). All characters are unlocked through gameplay so that's a plus. Their models look like a PS1 model though, so that evens out the plus. 2. Gameplay: This is what bothers me the most. Characters feel incredibly heavy, even the ones who are supposed to be "mobile" and gone are the clever level design that challenges you like the original Castlevanias. Levels are now straight forward with some baby level of platforming and weak af enemies. As long as you have the stats, the game is basically "walk right, press attack". Characters have skills, but why bother when your normal attacks are just as effective. Oh, and did I mention that this is not a Metroidvania.

It's Castlevania, what more is there to say? Nostalgic for old fans of the series, as well as simple for newer players. I'd say this is pretty much what I'd expect from a Castlevania game! My bias and love for the series aside...the sprites during gameplay are somewhat laggy. It often feels like the characters are moving too slow. Which is a bit of a hassle when trying to maneuver the levels or fight a lot of enemies. The controls altogether could use a little work, as I'm not a fan of the "flicking" different directions to do different attacks either.

Honestly, it's pretty good and it runs smoothly on my phone. the character are obtainable from story not gacha, you can pull weapon, sub weapon and armor from gacha, like the console there are plethora of traps to halt you, oh and the stages are not so simple as I thought, definitely more fun than Contra : Returns.there's still some bug and you need to limit break your weapon to increase your weapon/subweapon/armor at level 25, typical gacha game.

I loved the game very much, but it ended before I finished the whole plot. Can konami make this game Single player offline? So that the players can focus on finishing the story line. As in castlevania sotn. I was counting on that.
That's everything for now. Start a new game?
