How are we still getting games with paper cutout miniatures doing the fighting and not making much of an appearance in screenshots? Is it because the developers hope that by the time we realize, we will have already opened the packaging and voided the return policy? That may have worked for console games, but that trick only boosts your install count on mobile. Let's be honest, I can still uninstall it long before buying anything.
I wouldn't be so hard on a new developer for overselling quality or not investing much in graphics, but DeNA and X.D. Global have a long history in mobile games. The usual excuses of inexperience with device capabilities or lack of funding aren't as convincing.
