Dead Rain 2: Tree Virus (DR2) has you play as a survivor in an apocalyptic world and not only do you have to withstand attacks from the undead, but also from other survivors with malicious intentions.

Despite the popularity the game shoulders from its predecessor, DR2 is a hit-and-miss game really. The improvements Tiny Devbox has included is pretty cool but doesn’t go far enough, especially with the lingering issues.
Due to the repetitive nature of the game, the game has been a joy to experience in short bursts. Still, if you’re in it for the love of side-scrolling and zombie-shooting games, there’re still tons to be admired here.
