its sad that the global version has been totally killed off ever since Arena was introduced and the servers became China only....either play pvp with bots or play pvp in unstable connection with orange "Unstable Network" popping off every 20s....
i have played this since the BETA days and it used to be my favorite naval sim apart from WoWS on PC....but it looks like Legends will be my next thing now....
