Adventure Games Where Your Choices Matter

• Witch Spring 4 ⎮ @DavyJones
Witch Spring has moved me from its series. Under this delicate art style like sweet love, you'll follow the witches to witness their growth in a world of fantasy and darkness. You'll experience a wave of heartwarming, sad and unforgettable stories.
Witch Spring 4's art style is a big step forward for the Witch Spring series. It brings cute, healing and also dark atmospheres to my feelings.
A very well-developed storyline that makes me feel touched and connected to the little princess in all her encounters.
Since WS4 has such an immersive story, there wasn't a perfect ending until the DLC came out, which made me quite sad. (This is actually NOT a drawback). Sometimes the character has model glitches.

• 7 years from now ⎮ @Jenn
● Amazing story-driven game and an emotional roller coaster. The game should be turned into a movie!
● A tragedy full of conspiracies, heartbreak moments, and plot twists, making people tear up.
● No puzzles, no combat. More like a book than a game.
When I was writing the reviews, I suddenly associated it with my previous evaluation of To the moon. It’s not like I’m going to compare these two, they're all masterpieces and they're the most precious gifts for gamers. I just suddenly realized why a good story-driven game doesn't have much playability. It's all because the developer just wants us immersed in the story. Even if other functions of gameplay would be good, it breaks the continuity of the story. I‘m kind of off the point now, what I want to express is 7 Years From Now is a game that does not need any extra mechanic to give it more playability, it’s good enough for me, and good enough for many many many gamers who played it.
Play as Haruto Soraki, a high schooler in his quest to find the memory he presumably lost in an accident seven years ago. As you begin your journey in your hometown, meet with forgotten friends, uncover the town's dark secrets, and try to piece back together what really happened 7 years ago. As the game description is already present, I don’t want to give any spoilers to ruin your game experience. I face multiple heartbreaking moments. I'm not an emotional guy, But when the characters show their courage, selflessness, and love, I just can’t help crying.
Like To the moon, the game comes to its climax at the very end. When the game was over, an indescribable feeling haunted me and this feeling lasted a long time. A 10 score work, a game you might won't forget in all your life.

• A Street Cat's Tale ⎮ @异议あり
In A Street Cat's Tale, you survive as a tiny kitten, whose mum got struck by a car. Tbh just reading this makes me wanna cry. Whether it’s a happy-ever-after story or an awful tragedy, it’s all up to you.
What’s Good
Cute pixel art
Interact with different NPCs
Touching plots and convo
Multiple endings
What’s Bad
Not really. The only bad thing is that the developer has shut down the game services, but you can still play it.

• She Sees Red ⎮ @Moyaa**
She Sees Red is a criminal interactive game. The game has a dramatic and gripping storyline. I need to make my choices to discover new crime details and find the murderer. It's hard for me to pick whose side I'm on.
Unique interactive movie with professional actors and sound design is the greatest feature of this game. The gripping game with a nonlinear narrative is not much in a variety of games. But this one did. Deep and intriguing twists in the storyline left a deep impression on me. I think about its plot even when I'm not playing the game. There are four endings based on my choices. This is so much better than having only one ending.
But some choices don't affect the plot so I don't think it's necessary. And I had one bug where it sometimes did not show the video.

• 7Days! - Decide your story ⎮ @wt.series
Great characters, great writing, great story, great art. As long as the technical issues are fixed, I want to play more games. Still, it's a game worth checking out and worth the money.
A big feature of this game is the screen composition of the mobile messenger style.
In the game, the main character's lines are displayed on the right and other characters' lines are displayed on the left.
The position of the main character, who leads the game and leads the game, makes one completely immersed in it. In particular, in terms of UI, the mobile environment is implemented as realistically as possible to show a screen composition and interface similar to that of a mobile messenger, which gives a fairly unique and clean feeling.
The game shows what happens in the afterlife for 7 days in a conversational format between characters, but it is difficult to play it once to understand the overall game. Therefore, the game play time is actually very long, as you have to play the game several times to find and appreciate the story lines that diverged in different directions.
However, since this game allows you to freely recall previous stories at any time through the timeline and enjoy them again, unnecessary waste of time can be reduced and you can fully focus on the original fun of the story game.
This game, which has an attractive story, shows a completely different story according to the progress of each character, so you can feel the story reversal to some extent. It is a decent indie game that can be easily recommended to those who prefer visual novel games.
Chat novel style survival was new to me and this game did it really well. The story can progress in many ways, depending on how you answer and respond to questions. Each choice is important. The game doesn't tell you everything and it's fun to weave the story together. The characters are well written. Most of them are not completely good or evil.
