Well done

Absolutely love this game, the graphics, customization, and the sheer amount of things you can change. Between recreating real life teams and fantasy ones the combinations are endless. The race strategies are purely up to you as the team owner. That means getting the right drivers and staff as well as building the right car. Each staff member can have different things that they're more experienced in while others may offer something more equiped for your teams such as better race pace, or  better quali pace. It even goes as far as letting you know which staff member knows what part better and can help build that part to perfection. The drivers on the other hand they are an experience by themselves. Building them up from the ground up is a great experience to see how far your driver(s) have come. Whether you hire them from another team or build them from the driver academy you can customize them to how you want and have them specialized for a certain class. Their sponsorship acclaim is what also brings value to the team. The  more value you have the more parts you can buy as well as facilities. Now when it comes to facilities you have to buy them from 3 main areas: Financial, Part development, and Drivers. Inside these categories you can choose to buy them but most of them will come at hefty costs and take weeks in-game to come which I absolutely love. It's completely realistic and adds quite a bit of strategy when buying things for the team. You not only have to worry about paying the drivers to be on the team but you have to worry about part costs, facility upgrades, staff contracts, and race weekend costs. Overall this game is amazing and I have yet to find something in this game that doesn't bring me back. I would highly recommend to just about anyone who loves these types of management games.
