its a very good game if your the type that loves to play idle games, and have a very good luck;))
Tip: do the basics at the very beginning such as gathering monsters,ask google on how/which to upgrade.
Tip 2: just chill at the beginning also i would recommend to pick 3 to upgrade (mighty, speedy,slime/mocha/stacky) so that you would have an easy time to earn money since the higher the lvl of a monster that you have the more money you would get by idling, and also if you got a legendary (kevin,king slime) focus on them or look into google
Tip 3: use freeze spell only when strong enemies are breaching your defense, watching ads is worth it since they only consist of 15-30 seconds, if you can't beat a certain level just retry or don't play for 15 hours so that you would get lots of money for upgrading, also always use X2 money when claiming idle coins...
