There are certain topics that are typically meant to be directed at children, such as poop jokes. There are certain people that produce content not suitable for children, such as PewDiePie. When you combine the two, YouTube ends up getting sued for content that is not meant for children directly targeting them.
It would be no surprise if that is the entire purpose of slapping that person's name on this game, since we all know that guy has nothing better to do than try to create chaos at the cost of someone else.
