-Only a Mix of korean and english language is available at the moment... its enough english to kinda barely navigate through the Game but Not enough for people who Like the Story of games
-Monetization i cant really Tell you alot because all of the Store is in korean i can guess what ist what but i know its a nexon Game and a gacha so it wont bei fair in this aspect anyway... for people who dont know nexon... they where Back in the days the people who popularised the way freemium/Pay2Win Games today make their Money and are generaly hated for it since Then and repeated to make their Money this way over and over and over again

Conclusion:I really have a hard time this Game seems in every way Superb but its a nexon game so If you wanna Play this Game do it with Care and No Matter what you do dont Spend any Money here give it to developers who actually Care about their customers Like Studio Project Red
