I dont know. Maybe it is based on IP or the people that dont see English skipped something during the install. Or it depends on which server you use.

No story mode for me is Korean, settings in Korean, shop in Korean. The only thing that is English for me is the sound settings Mr. I know everything

You dont know everything because if you look at other people comments. It is a mixture of English and Korean for some. And that mixture is 80% English 20% Korean.

Go lol yourself. The game is 80% English and 20% Korean. Story mode is English , the game settings and store is Korean. The dialogue is English letters.
