The last update fixed the issues, you can now use your Language on your device!

[WARNING] For the game to work you need to change the language to ENGLISH US on your mobile settings, and it will solve the Force Close and Black Screen. English UK doesn't allow the texts to appear! Enjoy the game and have fun!
GUIDE:
Tap Settings Icon;
Scroll down to General Management;
Tap Language and Input;
Click on your Language;
Add New Languages;
Select: English US;
Clear Game Cache;
Enjoy the game!
