New characters XV Leona and XV Luong in The King of Fighters Allstar
Netmarble has just released a new update for its mobile RPG, The King of Fighters Allstar. Two new fighters join the fray – XV Leona and XC Luong. Additionally, players will also find new battle cards and a number of in-game events.
Her special talent, Burning Spirit, confers a bonus to attack speed, critical hit chance, critical damage, and finish skill. Her leader skill boosts attack and critical damage.
Another Green Element fighter XV Luong is also an attack-type. His leader skill increases Extreme Fighters’ attack and male fighters’ crit damage. His particular ability increases damage while decreasing opposing attack and defense.
