I’ll be honest hoyoverse is one of the worse companies for customer support I’ve been going back and forth with those people for weeks to get my Honkai account back and they message back like “Is this really your account?” No I just happen to know everything about it. The games are fun

Yep hoyoverse don’t care. It’s actually been like a year I’ve been trying to get my Honkai account back and they talk in circles. I’m not a big fan of how they treat people
