It's fine! I also realize now I got the model of my own phone slightly wrong. I wish I could help, but I hope you can figure out a way to play the game eventually!

I play on a Samsung A21! Genshin works fine on my phone as long as the settings are turned down a bit and I don't play past 1 hour. I won't lie it's much better on other platforms!
