Yes, I can't understand, too. At least devs need to lunch ENG version on their local server, no need ENG Global Server immediately. Let them make ENG version of the game only, same like Genshin Impact - we had ENG Version of the game on CN Server, and we (global players) can play the game at same time with all players and invest money in game shop as well.

it depends from the developer,some developer want to pay any famous publisher to publish their game into JP or Global version,but everything back to the publisher itself,if they want to publish some game they need to research about the market or the value of game. I don't know the reason why some Chinese game took too much time to get the global version
