Pokemon Trading Card Game Online to be Replaced by TCG Live in June 2023

The Pokemon Company is removing Pokemon Trading Card Game Online (TCG Online) from online storefronts on June 5, 2023. The reason for this is to make way for the launch of Pokemon Trading Card Game Live (TCG Live) on June 8, 2023.

Players can transfer their cards and accessories to TCG Live. TCG Online will not have new cards, but still offer Versus Ladder support. Product codes for anything before March 1, 2023 can still be redeemed.

TCG Online accounts and data can be moved to TCG Live, except for friends list, in-game currency, and HeartGold & SoulSilver cards. TCG Online will still be accessible before the closure date.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Live will launch on June 8, 2023 for mobile devices, Windows PCs, and Macs, with a readily available beta.
