Roto Force is a retro-styled twin-stick shooter where you play as an intern for a fighting force that wants you to venture in to dangerous locales to take down bosses for a variety of tenuous reasons. Each of these environments is comprised of wave-based challenges that take place within an enclosed arena that you are mostly glued to the wall of.

To make it through these waves, you need to shoot and kill all the enemies that appear using any one of the unlockable weapons available to you. Beyond simply strafing and shooting, you also have access to a dash move that can launch you across the open space of the arena, protect you from certain kinds of projectiles, and pop bubbles containing powerups.

The game's different worlds take you through a variety of environments, from a dangerous jungle to a city of slime and beyond. Roto Force is free-to-try, an in-app purchase is required to unlock the full game. To overcome these challenges, you'll unlock new weapons with unique shot styles that will let you shoot and spin your way through the game's colorful landscapes. In addition to the game's main levels, Roto Force also features 10 challenging boss fights. These battles are the ultimate test of your skills, requiring quick reflexes, strategic thinking, and precise timing to defeat. The controls are very simplistic as we use two joysticks which allow us to move and dash and as well shoot our way through each level.

Roto force is a fun shooter with a nice detailed 8 bit graphics with hand-crafted levels and super quick thinking this game excels at this strengths. It is very fast paced and the timing between flinging yourself across the board and having to switch up the strategies to take down your foes.
