I feel the rating of this game should be a little higher. my reason are 1. you could enjoy the game without having to top up, though top up would make it even more pleasant but it is not necessary. 2. the graphics were REALLY pretty, and imitate the Chinese water paint so nicely, even when the game is loading images while you scrolling, the images come out as how water paint would do in reality. 3. I don't know if anyone pays attention to the details of the residents speaking, the conversations are so hilarious sometimes. so yeah! love the game.
