My dude, I feel you. Here is how I managed to play. You have to download a VPN that let's you connect to any of the Korean servers. Then do exactly that, clear data for play store and make a new account whilst you are still connected to Korea. Your playstore will show Korean games upfront, search for Black Desert and you'll see it, download it and open, download the additional 2GB of files [I'm not sure how big they are anymore] then the game should run fine but it'll be in Korean though. So it's up to you if you're willing to play it still like that my bruh
