📖 Storyline: It is an exciting action title, originally designed for old Nokia phones, set in the famous universe of secret organizations, in the name of freedom, who wage war during the revolutionary uprisings in Paris at the end of the 18th century. The protagonist is Arno Dorian (Dan Jeannotte) a French native born in Versailles to an Assassin father. After his father is killed by Shay Patrick Cormac, Arno is adopted, unaware that his new family holds a high-level position within the Templar Order, with his new father figure the Grand Master of the Templars and so undertakes a search for redemption that takes him into the Brotherhood of Assassins, where he slowly rises through the ranks, just like Ezio Auditore; there is also the presence of a Templar named Elise De LaSerre (Catherine Bérubé), the daughter of the Templar Grand Master who adopted Arno, who also sets out to investigate more about her father's death and his role in a growing ideological change within the Templar Order that threatens its core values. Other characters include the Marquis de Sade (Alex Ivanovici), Napoleon Bonaparte (Brent Skagford) and Maximilien de Robespierre (Bruce Dinsmore).
🎮 Gameplay: The ambushes behind the enemies are silent and well structured, including, especially in the dungeons, crevices for furtive and stealth attacks. Furthermore, on the Paris map you will find 20 missions explicitly dedicated to online via matchmaking or private groups, but it will also be possible to accompany friends in most of the thefts. It also features optional hot air balloon rides and chests that can be opened with a lock pick.
🕹️ Controls: The ascent and descent controls, mapped on the screen, allow you to descend elegantly and quickly from the highest points. The price of this innovation is the addition of an additional button to the basic controls which temporarily replace each other depending on the action to be performed. In terms of animation, it has a good number of frames so as to increase the mobility of the character.
🎨 Graphics: as with other major mobile releases it is a 2D platformer. It has 20 levels with new additions, compared to the Nokia version (java game) which was too pixelated! It has been rebuilt and improved for Android devices only!
🎵 Sound: The sound efx are few but well designed to respect the old mobile concept by including a soundtrack, at the beginning of the game, borrowed from the PC and console version.
👥 Multiplayer: Cooperative multiplayer missions will follow the development of the Assassin Brotherhood during the French Revolution. Additionally, "time anomalies" can be found throughout the city. Accessing it will take Arno to various moments in Parisian history.
