It’s about time Riot Games brought Teamfight Tactics to Asia-Pacific

Over the years, Riot Games has made life easier for its playerbase with regional server expansions, optimization updates, and constant support. The latest news of its expansion to officially launch Teamfight Tactics on mobile across Asia-Pacific—one of the largest regions in the world with the most mobile gamers—has excited the community.
Now, Teamfight Tactics players across the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, won’t need to start up their computers to enjoy some classic, strategic auto-chess gameplay. This regional expansion allows players from these countries to enjoy the game on both iOS and Android phones. The game will also be available in English, Thai, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
And for anyone worried about their PC accounts, the mobile version of Teamfight Tactics coming to Asia-Pacific will feature cross-progression. This means players can enjoy matches and acquire rewards on their Riot accounts across both PC and mobile platforms.
Teamfight Tactics will arrive on mobile across Asia-Pacific on November 22, 2023. Players who pre-register can look forward to a bunch of rewards upon official launch day. From profile icons to new little legends, players will be able to collect these rewards once they log in.
I’m particularly excited about Teamfight Tactics coming to mobile in Asia-Pacific because it’ll give millions of people access to the game. With by far one of the biggest percentages of mobile gamers in the world, it’s hard not to be ecstatic about it finally arriving. If received successfully by the Asia-Pacific community, Teamfight Tactics could grow and become bigger than any other auto-chess game before.
In comparison to League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics has a long way to go before it’s anywhere as successful. But with it coming to Asia-Pacific, the community could possibly see a shift in the market with it receiving more popularity and players because of this accessibility, meaning more updates, events, and even tournaments. However, before any of this happens, it has to actually launch on mobile. Again, Teamfight Tactics will arrive on November 22, 2023, but feel free to pre-register through Riot Games’ official website.
