Epic 7 is great, and it's because of Violet and Luluca.

Epic Seven (7) is epic. Great graphics along with beautiful animated cutscenes that appear not too commonly during the storyline; atleast this is compensated by the new characters' E3 animations.
Speaking of which, the LORE is immaculate. I cannot recall ever skipping the text that plays at the beginning of each level or episode, because I want to get to know the characters. The characters, no matter the rarity, all play such a huge role in the overarching LORE of Epic Seven; despite the endless roster of playable characters, there's never any one that leaves me confused on who they are. (The Moonlight heroes, on the other hand.......)
Music, sure, is suitable to the scene whenever required, but nothing too out-there (I do give props to the 'I Promise' track and the beautiful MV). HOWEVER, there is one song that will never get old - it has been sitting in my Spotify Liked Songs list for the last 2-3 years, and that is 'Some Adventurer's Story' (the lobby music). I consistently listen to it simply because I LOVE IT, and if you haven't heard it or don't notice the track playing in the background, just listen to it - a combination of instruments playing at the right time, to produce a song that is understandably the best I've ever heard from the array of games I've tried out.
To be honest, my opinion of Epic Seven was VERY different back then.... I had 0 5* characters except Arbiter Vildred that could really carry my team, and I thought I would never get lucky, after over a year of pulling on the gacha.
Then, unexpectedly, I met the love of my life, Violet. (VioLuca FTW, none come close to it.)
The game sure has changed over the years - as a long time player, I couldn't express how surprised I was that the Unrecorded History side story had completely reset itself, after how long I struggled to complete it before. The new one was so simple, I completed it in around 2 hours. The layout of the game's lobby screen, the gacha animations, and so on and so forth - they were unexpected changes, but welcome ones for sure.
There's no way I'm not gonna play this game till the very end. I still have gear-grinding and levelling up to do. Hopefully, I may have persuaded you to try out this beautiful game.
(PS: for the complaints about gear substats and how hard it is to farm....... it's a gacha game - what more to expect? It isn't even that hard to grind them, and the devs are pretty generous, if I do say so myself.)
