Aniplex debuts AlternaWelt: Blue Exorcist Gaiden, a 3D action RPG based on the renowned Blue Exorcist manga published in Jump SQ. The game is slated for a summer 2024 release in Japan, available on PC, iOS, and Android platforms. Set in the True Cross Academy Town from the original series, AlternaWelt encompasses an entirely new narrative and introduces original characters designed by Kazue Kato. Players can look forward to an array of familiar characters from the Blue Exorcist series, such as Rin Okumura and Yukio Okumura, who will be fully playable.
