if you want a Global/English Release then wait until 2022 or 2023 the exclusive period usually lasts about a year or 2 unless they decide to extend it
what i mean is China gets the game first US/EU people get it later
if June 9 is really Open beta then the Game is only Exclusive to China During the Beta Period (CBT and OBT) and everybody gets it in 2022 (US/EU included)
But if its the Full Release then the Game will Be exclusive to China For a Year or 2
