This is a review from my experience upon playing this about 13 minutes ago on my ipad. (And no, its not on android yet, but it is on Apple.) Now that it has released on Apple, I just got done installing it. Once it's done installing, it will have you enter your alias/nickname. The tutorial will have you choose between 3 different warframe characters to start with. (Make sure you read about the abilities of the character that you choose, because after you choose your character, you will have to farm some resources from a several planets to unlock the blueprints/schematics for a different character once you've maxed out your 1st character. You can also just buy them from the store with real money as well. [Yes, there are a lot of different warframes.]
Graphics: you can switch between low/medium/high/Custom
Gpu/Frame rate: low/medium/high
It will look a bit clunky, but hey.....it Just released today...what do you expect.
I HIGHLY suggest going first to your settings and customizing every setting to your need while trying them out throughout the tutorial. [They don't have Gyroscope yet, but you can still customize your aiming process to where you can shoot pretty easily and precise.] They do have Assist settings as well. Again...customize your settings and test them out in the tutorial.
Battery consumption: 7 out of 10 so far, if you're fully charged to 100%. It depends on how you set your graphics and gpu settings.
Multiplayer and crossplay: Yes
Voice Chat: not sure yet. I'm still waiting to see if it still works at all in squads on ipad and iphone.
It is Very Similar to the Console and PC version.
All in all I give it a 4/5, So far. It's fun and adventurous, but be patient. Just like many released games, its going to take some time before they work on the issues that you may run across.
