My Knighthood was stolen from me and custo service won't help

So I logged back in to the game after a brief hiatus and the Knighthood I've owned for 3-4 years now had been stolen from my by a player who has never contributed to the Knighthood according to the members list, I tried contacting them through the Knighthood chat but they ignored me. Someone please help out if y'all can, I doubt they'll stop playing now that they own MY Knighthood. Their name is "Cmoon".
