I can't believe how close this game is to Dirt Rally 2.0 but Mobile!
I've always wandered when I can play Dirt Rally 2.0 on my phone, emulator or port. But somehow this indie gives me the same vibe and detail, even with more new stuff, right above everyone's head. You'll get surprised on how many stuff the devs has put inside this misleadingly simple appearance!

The graphics is somewhat good but not the best. I've played some more rally games, include the one CarX made. And while they can maxed out at quite pretty result, they come at severe Performance issue. I thought it's because my Snapdragon 870 is just not good enough. But damn am I so wrong!
Rush Rally 3 somehow gives really good visual while being extremely lightweight. It has bloom, it has dynamic shadows, motion blur even, textures that doesn't look blurry, somehow at maxed out 120fps without any issue! I do set it back to 60fps tho for stability when recording. And my phone doesn't even get warm.
Being a rally game this is closer to realistic scenarios Dirt Rally 2.0 tried to reach. So there is no visible opponent, only occasionally +/- split time for you to compare with others. And you only know how good you are at finish.
While this is not for everyone obviously. Those who played and enjoyed Dirt games might really want to check out this one. Rush Rally 3 has all the gist Dirt game has, while also spice things up in their own way.
So the control is super responsive, thanks to being 120fps unlocked too. You can use buttons, tilt, or swipe driving to suit your play. The physics make sense and feel good. The cars is impressive for a knock off, and they feel just right to me.
I absolutely go towards Professional difficulty. Simply because I like to feel the car without any random breaking or auto-steering. Also I only want to use pacenotes without maps, because it's rally. But if you need those assist like driving lane, maps, braking assist, stability assist. They are there for you. No penalty whatsoever! (Except the simple fact that they are on the safer side of driving, so you might has better chance of getting good timing without those assist)
Now the spicy things! You will not believe it but this game offers so much more than you might think from the look alone. Here's my fav, but there are so much more that I didn't mention:
One, you can go wild with Vinyl! You can put any sticker anywhere at any orientation or any scale or whatever. Literally NFS/Forza level customization!
Second, you can tune your car and have impact in real drive. Like tilting your wheel is even possible. There are many more you can tune. Even something like GRID Autosport feels abysmal compared to the tuning this game has!
Third, the first person is so so detailed. You can change your HUD. Bruh that feature was lost way long after NFS underground 2. I'm so glad it made back and so much better here. Anything from layout, color, foreground style, for every car!
And it doesn't stop there. There are special events, upgradable cars, photo mode (with enhanced graphics automatically added such as Depth of Field), and many more!
Conclusion:
Well, there are some rally games on Android you can try. But I assure you from many of them I tried, nothing sticks to me more than this Rush Rally 3. It's very well developed, it's lightweight, it has good visual, the physics are satisfying, the difficulty is just right, the feel, most importantly, is perfect! Give it a try and maybe the 4th installment will be available with so much modern PC quality graphics!
