i played 162 hours, the game is great, have nice characters, good events, you can get a bunch of skins for free, it's a really nice game, but play it is really, really frustrating to play, there's a lot of trolls, the report system works well but there's no punishment, people troll and nothing happen, it's better to quit the match (even in ranked) when you get trolls because you also not going to get punished if leave, just lost a star in ranked matches

true. it's getting worst now. just uninstalled the game. lost 5 game in a row because of the team. either get very strong opponent and very useless team or get the noobest enemy. game is not fun anymore
