Taptap's version is 1.0.9 which has a mouse cursor stuck in the middle of the screen and you are unable to move as you can't use the cursor. To play you would have to use a VPN through Canada or Thailand and download the game's current 1.0.11 version with a different google play account as your main one would be registered to your country.

just make a normal google account, log in to play store with it, turn on VPN to Canada or Thailand and you should be able to download the game. If you have added a card(debit/credit/PayPal) on your main account then it has registered your country on it and VPN won't change it.
