Here's my review after playing this game for about a week.
🎮 Gameplay: This is a hack-and-slash RPG game with manual, semi, and auto battle systems. It offers numerous features such as story missions, dungeon raids, and more.
📖 Storyline: If you've read the Manhwa with the same title, you'll appreciate the epic storyline of this game.
🕹️ Controls: Unfortunately, the game's controls are poor in my opinion. It's somewhat challenging to play, and the lock-on system frequently resets when targeting moving enemies, which is frustrating.
🎨 Graphics: Great.
🎵 Sound: Great.
👥 Multiplayer: Currently unavailable.
💰 Value for Money: No, it's expensive.
Pros:
👍 The story, graphics, and music are excellent.
👍 The main character, Sung Jin Wo, remains with us from start to finish, akin to the Manhwa. Fortunately, only weapons and allies require gacha.
Cons:
👎 The game still has a lot of bugs; I hope the developers will regularly fix them.
👎 Occasionally, during battles, the loading icon appears, preventing any action and resulting in a loss, which is extremely annoying.
👎 Rewards for missions are imbalanced.
👎 It's difficult to obtain resources to level up your character when playing for free, making it not very free-to-play friendly.
👎 The early access events are poorly communicated, with unclear notices and short durations, making it hard to participate effectively.
👎 Battles can feel excessively difficult due to the short time frame and enemies with high health bars.
In conclusion, this is a challenging game that may not be suitable for those accustomed to auto-battle games. It requires precise timing to parry enemy attacks, and don't expect many freebies. Play if you enjoy the Manhwa, as the game has significant potential. Let's hope for improvements upon full release. Keep up the good work, developers. There's room for enhancement! 😁
