Worst experience ever. In 2020 someone else stole my account and misused it and banned that account. I tried to mention it to Krafton company but no reply. I have been playing since the beginning but this is the biggest compensation for me. Now I have to unban my account. Even after 4 years I am very interested to play with my account again. So I humbly request you to unban my account. I hope you will kindly accept my request.

I am facing smas issue brother my best friend used hacks in my old account what I am having level 77 in 2021 but we can't do anything about that to i purchased new account that's it so purchase a new account from someone trusted person that's it enjoy the game...
