So there has been a lot of buzz about MLBB BETA and some people hate it, but why? 🤔

Welcome to "Find out with Aiko" maybe it's too late to discuss this topic but I'm sure many of you are still curious about it.

So... first of all, what is MLBB BETA? ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

MLBB BETA is a separate version of MLBB that can be installed on Taptap. Released around January 2024, this application is hotly discussed by several MLBB player communities, but what exactly is MLBB BETA? MLBB BETA is an application specifically for accessing "advance servers", namely special servers that contain pre-release features such as new heroes and upcoming patches. So why does this app get some negative responses?

1st reason

The first reason is because players are required to create a new account, which means starting over from the beginning again like a newbie.

2nd reason

The second reason is because players cannot connect third-party accounts to save game progress. Which also means players cannot change from one account to another.

3rd reason

Recharge bug issue. This third reason often arises and is questioned, why in MLBB BETA players can't recharge or buy diamonds? Well, normally players can purchase diamonds on the advance server by exchanging Vanguard Coins or purchase it with payment. However, for certain reasons players cannot do this in MLBB BETA. One answer is because MLBB BETA is intended for trying new features, not used like an account on a global server. So maybe Moonton places restrictions on purchasing certain content.

4th reason

The fourth reason is connection issue. Some players may experience this issue, saying that their internet connection is always bad when playing MLBB BETA. Yes, of course this is very possible. Because players don't play on global servers but on advanced servers. This has been emphasized by Moonton and is a requirement for players who want to join the advance server access on their global account.

5th reason

The final reason is probably "useless". Yes, MLBB BETA might seem "useless" for players who already have advance server access on their global accounts. Because for most of them, this is just a separate version of MLBB which is specifically intended for players who don't have access to the advance server to try it.

First three reasons was a perfectly COMMON practise for a test server. If any, the complaint only echoed amongst those whose not capable of giving a constructive and critical feedback to the content and balance push on advance server. if any, test server of any game title was never intended as a main drive of progress.

Lucky me for joining adv server long before they change the way to join adv server. So the way I join adv server was creating new account and then just joining adv server and never leave the server. I just use cloning apps so I had two apps which the other one was for my main account on global server
