PUBG Mobile banning randomly?

I got banned on pubg mobile and I actually did nothing wrong... Like really I didn't even play the game for 3 days

So a bit of a background I made this account back at launch and it had a decent amount of stuff on it

And I fucking hate cheating in online games offline sure go for it but why would you ruin the game for other people

Anyways me and my duo took a bit if a break due to life and when I came bsvk to the game I was banned and I wasn't given further details

I tried emailing - nothing

Logging in again after a week - nothing

I had to make a new account

Lost my rank

Lost my level

Lost anything and everything I got and I haven't gotten any response from the support
