you know what f**k the pity system i lost 100 pulls to what? diluc damnit my dream of having kazuha is gone 4ever my plan has been mess up i was planning to get early kazuha then weapon ban pity mess it up so hard i deleted the game instantly after that

i actually like their pity system, at least the limited character banners, because you know when you're guaranteed or not. if you're not guaranteed, you should save 28.8k gems (max) to insure you get the character you want. you won't get that many gems as an f2p if you're not doing events/exploration/spiral abyss.
