Is there a way to fix this issue?

I was in middle of the game and i had a ping issue even tho ny ping was stable and my data was good it showed 201ms and i had to go out of the game becausr it was like that for a long time after i started The game again it was stuck atthe login page with the loading bar full and the login page animation in full motion which ment it wasnt stuck. I tried using stuff to enter and when i did i had this problem it said recconecting ny my ping is good it ranges from 100 to 35ms. Iwnat to know how this problem occured and how to fix it as soon as possible.

I did try the customar AI service but i wasnt able to get anything with it.

Well ig it was it got fix on its own but everyother app that uses wifi was working i checked it
