Been playing this since day 1. Then quit for around 2 years because of busy schedule I had. Then came back again and play it until now. What I can say it, for newcomers or players under lv.100, grinds are so much easier. Omega I weapons are really easy to get now thanks to Arcarum and occasional giveaways from devs.
For casual or lazy players like me, there's this daily points that you can exchange for Omega I, Omega II, and Xeno weapons cmiiw oh also stamps, exp materials, etc.
The downside probably huge levels gap between newcomers and veterans. I'm not sure if raids calls are separated based on levels tiers or not, but sometimes I saw hard mode Omega raids (not sure what to call it, a raid one tier below Omega showdown) in my raids list.
For newbies those raids are moderately hard to clear so they often ask for help. But most likely the ones who answer the calls are veterans which can one-hit kill the raids. It could be a bit overwhelming for newbies and made them went "Wth I barely can stay alive in that raid!! You even stole 1st place rewards though I'm the one who summoned it!!"
It may sound petty, but some of my friends quit because of this "issue".
