I have updated this review for the recent transition from the "for Tap" version to the global build.
소울워커 ZERO was one of my favorite mobile games, but this is barely an English version. As a beta, it was a mediocre start. It is unfortunate that an entire event was published to find issues and it appears that only the most obvious were fixed.
There are numerous typos and text that spills over the screen. Many of the issues that were reported during the beta have been completely ignored. I still encounter invalid characters, poorly translated text, and grammatical issues. These are the same things the developer stated would be fixed in the release, without even the least bit of hesitation. Perhaps they were a little too confident.
The beta was not much different than any other, except that my account was kept without any real notice. It was a good idea, in theory. The special version allowed drifting between a soft release and a beta, taking advantage of both. It seems to have been wasted, though, as there is little noticeable improvement.
I would love to rate this game as something that just released "a bit rough." How can I really say that "maybe it wasn't reported" when I am the one that reported it, though?
