Here are some important notes from Boom Beach: Frontlines Team that you should read.

[b]What specs do I need to play the game?

Android 6.0 / 32-bit

Minimum Supported Devices: Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7"

iOS

iOS 12.4.1

Minimum Supported Devices: iPhone 5S iPod Touch (6th generation) iPad (2017) iPad Mini 2 iPad Air iPad Pro

For the early access build you will need iOS 13 due to limitations on Testflight.

[b]Which countries will you be soft-launching in and when?

[/b]We aren’t sharing that information at this time. Please keep checking our social media for the latest information.

[b]Is this an alpha test? Are you going to reset the servers?

[/b]You are playing the game in a live environment with players from the soft launch country. The server will not be reset, any progress you make will be kept.

[b]Can I play this build with my friend who downloaded the game in the Soft Launch countries?

[/b]Yes. You are both playing the same game, on the same servers.

[b]How do I transfer my account to the live game?

[/b]1. Connect your current game to Supercell ID

2. Download the game from the soft launch country

3. Sign in with Supercell ID to transfer your account.

[b]How long is this build going to be online?

[/b]We will not be shutting this build down in the foreseeable future. Future game updates will also be reflected in this build. Please note, your account will persist and is yours to keep, make sure you log into Supercell ID to ensure your progress stays as you uninstall/reinstall/change builds.

[b]I missed the signup deadline. Now I can't play?

[/b]You’ll need to wait until the game becomes live in the selected soft launch territories in order to download the game.

[b]I’ve switched between iOS and Android or vice versa, can I get the build on my new phone?

[/b]

After the initial distribution of builds, we will not be sending out additional invites. So we will not support this. At this point, you’ll need to get the build from the selected soft launch territories.

[b]Why am I lagging? Can NA players get matched with EU players?

[/b]Currently, we have limited server locations for the soft launch. Please note that depending on your location and connection quality you may see the ‘WIFI symbol’ while playing the game. If and when the game expands into other territories, additional server locations can be added at that point.

[b]I’m not sure I provided the correct email. How can I switch?

[/b]

You can switch by heading over the Grunt bot and typing the command ‘!leave’. After which, you can re-enlist with your correct email address. You have until 10:00 am BST Thursday, October 14th. After this point we will not be able to switch over your email.

[b]What happens if you get more than 10,000 iOS users?

[/b]

If we hit the 10,000 cap on iOS we will take onboard the first 10,000 who have enlisted.
