I've been playing this game since June. Every patch or update they manage to screw something up. Each time you reach out to the devs about bugs, drop rates, imbalance issues they want video proof even for problems that have no way to document them. They always have an excuse on why you're having trouble with the current state of the game and reassure it's just you even when multiple users on Reddit are having the same issues. The game itself is fun but the developers are ruining the game...so yeah, even 1* is generous
