iOS bug!

I wondering is it only my ios user friend or everyone use ios get this serious problem??? Yea! Without mic and speaker button, he can not communicate with the team. I have no idea about this one. Does anyone know how to solve this?(see this screenshot, there is no mic-speaker button)

I had this problem on my Android phone too when I installed for the first time..then I cleared the data of the app now it is fixed..
