"Teamfight Tactics" is coming to smartphone in March, this has been unveiled by the Riot. However today, Riot updated "TFT" that they will be testing the mobile version as a closed beta in a handful of countries over the next few weeks. Tested countries including EU & Oceania, Riot is still aiming to release the full game on March.

Based on the words of "TFT Mobile" update, Teamfight Tactics will be a cross-platform game with shared inventories, progression, and rank. Playing TFT should quite familiar when switching between mobile and PC.

Then, as you are going to play on a smaller screen, there are some changes that are different from PC version.

[/b]The TFT mobile client initially supports social (lobbies, friends, and invites) as well as the ranked system and the progression pass. There will be more functionalities adding steadily over time.

[/b]The visual style in overall is clearer and easier to use. Riot designers are trying to be as true to the PC experience as possible while doubling down on the things TFT does really well, like creating a brighter and more approachable aesthetic.

⦿ [b]In-game items and Champion Shop

[/b]In-game items and shop are designed "Finger-friendly", in order to achieve drag to preview, equip, and combine items the same way you do on PC.

The in-game Champion Shop can’t remain open all the time without compromising the battlefield, so instead, the shop is opened and closed with a button. The shop automatically opens at the beginning of every round, appearing near the top of the screen so that you can still position your champions while buying and selling. In addition, the stage tracker only shows the time left in the current phase while the Store is open to make sure you have a complete view of your battlefield.

In-game chat would need to occupy a large section of a phone screen, especially when the virtual keyboard is open. Riot gives more importance to prioritize gameplay parity, so in-game chat on mobile is not supported at this time.

But Riot is also thinking some ways to express like dance, taunt, emote through a dedicated Little Legend emote menu.

Pretty much everything else. The gameplay, game systems, balance updates, new sets, ranked— these are remaining the same.

A: The store will not initially be included in the client, but follow in an update after the launch.

[/b]Q: Will my inventory of Little Legends cross over?

A: In most regions, if you log in using the same account as on PC, all of your Little Legends, Arena Skins, and other content will carry over. However, this will not include China or Southeast Asia.
