I tried logging in since yesterday but this pop up saying "login failed, try using another account". I tried many time still failed... if its true its a shame because i finally got to lvl 80, got every piece of memory available even got an SSS.. i even bought Aila costume(the one where she wear glasses) which i spend a lot of time grinding the tickets.. 😢😭😭

I'm not sure! Try to clear the game data and log in with QQ or WeChat, it should work. Do not close the game by multitasking, I think this happens when you are forced to close. When you close it, close it through the game.
