1)Donwload turbo Vpn from playstore is free. 2)Open turbo vpn cancel the pay method and change country to Singapore. 3)Conect with singapore serven with turbo vpn 4) Open Runetera an click Update ! 5) will take you to playstore ---> wait a little with the white picture of loading and go to your account profile and change it with 1 new account (make it or use someone who dont play games or with your second mail) 6) Find legend of Runetera and click download  7) Open the game and wait the 0.9.3 patch to upgrade  8 ) You are in !!!! No problem!
