【NieR Re[in]carnation】 New Characters & Gacha System Revealed from CBT
The CBT of SQUARE ENIX 's new NieR mobile game, NieR Re[in]carnation had ended successfully on August 5. Following the end of this test, many involved players also began to share their gameplay videos recorded during the CBT.

There are actually four characters that appeared in NieR Reincarnation's Beta Test, and three of them(in addition to the white girl and mama)are from the picture book stories you have encountered as you play(from prologue to Chapter 3)and another is from the Gache (but didn't show in the story).

As we have talked about appeared characters above, the battle is also indispensable for NieR Re[in]carnation those characters we mentioned are all in charge in your team unconditionally (White Girl & her mama are excluded, at least in the chapter you played).
Characters specialize in the main weapon individually, two non-compatible sub-weapons, three Memories (miscellaneous attributes from character leveling), and one Companion.

Rarity is judged by ⭐(Stars[/i])[/b], the highest and strongest weapons are being rated as ⭐4, and the maximum level is 40. Some Character Profiles (include the costumes and positions), will change greatly with weapons' rarity, even into a totally different image. Sometimes, Character Description will also change simultaneously with the Profile.

All of those ⭐4 characters can be leveled up to ⭐5 (Highest Level) through the "Evolve" option.
There are four inevitable story parts if you want to unlock a special character corresponds to each weapon as it could be strengthened.
