As you can see in the vid, PO is already there and his license was renewed, but in pt, it still show as grayed.

Did the cat appear as normal after the Revive timing ended? If it continues to be greyed out please submit your bug report here: https://www.tap.io/topic/2148012373 (from now till 22 Feb 1700HRS GMT +7) in order to get the reward.
